Supports employee relations, talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, training, benefits and leave administration, compliance, HR programs, and workforce metrics. Partners with managers and employees, leads college recruiting initiatives, manages temporary hiring, supports immigration and relocation, and helps maintain employment policies and procedures. The role requires strong HR knowledge, communication, conflict resolution, organization, confidentiality, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Plans and controls finished-goods inventory, replenishment, production requirements, purchase and inter-plant orders, forecasts, safety stock, shipments, and product allocations. Coordinates with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, strategic partners, marketing, and international teams to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory, scrap, and shelf-life risks. Maintains inventory-system inputs and prepares recurring reports on backorders, reagent planning, shipments, and related supply-chain activities.

Oversee plant-wide training compliance, maintain LMS data and training records, coordinate classes and training groups, audit compliance, and partner with QA, IT, and department leaders. Develop lesson plans and regulatory training content, deliver onboarding and safety sessions, support standardized work and continuous improvement, manage document training requirements, and oversee the personnel ID badge system.

Leads site-level procurement strategy and execution, managing buyers and expediters while ensuring timely sourcing of materials, components, and finished goods. Oversees supplier performance, quality, delivery, pricing, inventory levels, contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation. Partners with engineering and manufacturing teams, develops procurement policies, negotiates major contracts, and manages procurement personnel. Requires a bachelor's degree with seven years of materials management experience or an MBA with five years.
