Provides litigation docketing and risk management support across multiple offices. Responsibilities include researching court rules, monitoring filings, calculating and recording procedural deadlines in CourtAlert, opening new cases, reviewing critical dates, tracking rule changes, and responding to attorneys, paralegals, and staff regarding docketing and compliance matters.

Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, building and implementing AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, supporting pilots, resolving technical issues, and driving adoption. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to assess risks, document technical limitations, deliver training and content, manage testing milestones, and provide recommendations based on pilot results and use-case data.

Supports business development initiatives for private equity and related practice areas. Coordinates pitches, proposals, RFPs, rankings submissions, thought leadership, conferences, events, CRM updates, market research, competitive intelligence, and reporting. Maintains matter descriptions, attorney bios, target lists, and client-facing materials while assisting with relationship development, business plans, and special projects. Collaborates across departments and geographies in a deadline-driven professional services environment.

Manages strategic business development operations across law firm practice groups. Coordinates go-to-market planning, SMART goals, RFPs, pitches, CRM data governance, reporting, rankings submissions, web content, campaigns, and partner integration. Maintains program infrastructure, monitors KPIs, improves workflows, supports dashboards, and mentors junior colleagues. Partners with attorneys, marketing, communications, analytics, and business development teams to ensure consistent market positioning, operational discipline, and measurable growth.
