Owns governance and operational readiness for an enterprise Salesforce transformation. The role controls go-live scope, requirements, master data quality, UAT acceptance, defect prioritization, release readiness, risk escalation, and go/no-go recommendations. It coordinates business, technology, and implementation stakeholders while enforcing disciplined change management and executive risk acceptance. The director also establishes durable governance frameworks and ensures successful data migration, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
