The PM Engagement Analyst supports the senior PM Engagement team by enhancing research workflows, analyzing portfolio performance, and leveraging data analytics using Python and SQL.

Perform quantitative analysis and build models/tools to inform equity long/short investment and business decisions. Analyze performance, risk attribution, and portfolio construction; run statistical tests; implement process improvements; apply AI tools to accelerate research; present findings to senior stakeholders and partner with PMs, trading, operations, technology, data, and research teams.

Own, automate, and operate the firm's Linux fleet across data centers and cloud regions. Perform kernel- and system-level performance tuning for latency-sensitive systems. Provide production support and on-call participation, mentor teammates, and contribute to OS-platform strategy and integration with CI and infrastructure teams.

Own and operate the firms Windows Server fleet and Active Directory/Entra ID hybrid identity, automate deployment/patching/monitoring with PowerShell and configuration management, define Windows security baselines, tune servers for low-latency workloads, provide production support and on-call, collaborate on OS-platform strategy, and mentor engineers on Windows internals and automation.

Manage tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth principals, trusts, estates, and investment entities. Oversee outside accounting firms, coordinate with attorneys and trustees, review tax returns, maintain books and tax calendars, support estate, gift, trust, partnership, and multi-state tax planning, and improve internal tax processes and controls.

Monitor Equity Long/Short portfolio exposures, run stress tests, track risk metrics, and support position oversight (concentration, leverage, liquidity, correlation). Produce regular and ad hoc risk reports, partner on model validation and enhancements, ensure adherence to risk limits, and liaise with portfolio managers.
