Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple social-impact programs, manage multi-workstream teams, engage stakeholders, ensure quality of deliverables, set up project and performance management systems, coach junior staff, and adapt strategies to local contexts to drive measurable impact.

Drive day-to-day implementation of programs through piloting, iteration, and data-driven learning. Lead research and analysis, develop knowledge products, support strategic communications and client engagement, and coordinate program management tasks including timelines and deliverables. Work closely with managers, project teams, and stakeholders to shape approaches, refine deliverables, and strengthen team practices.
