Support and deliver Equitable Path Forward and Partner Sustainability initiatives by developing technical assistance, managing consultant and grant processes, coordinating cross-organizational partnerships, running cohorts and events, tracking KPIs and program data, and contributing to strategy, funder reporting, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen affordable housing developers and operators.

Oversee daily operations of the New York office, staff front desk, manage vendors, supplies, facilities liaison, support meetings and events, assist with select financial tasks (AP, expense reports, petty cash), coordinate basic hiring/onboarding and maintain office records. Provide general administrative and supervisory support to ensure smooth office functioning.
