Aligns sales, product, and operations teams across multiple business units, builds expansion pipelines, improves forecasting and CRM visibility, refines packaging and pricing, and establishes scalable playbooks, KPIs, incentives, and organizational structures. Builds and manages a high-performing expansion organization focused on net revenue retention and customer lifetime value.
