Build and maintain demand and lead-time forecasts across critical equipment categories, track supplier capacity and delivery risk, model cost/timing trade-offs for large equipment commitments, reconcile supplier/shipment/inventory data into actionable weekly signals, and create forecasting tooling and dashboards to surface disruption ahead of schedule.

Design, program, and configure BMS controls for mechanical and electrical plant. Build sequences, point lists, and graphics; integrate chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment over BACnet/Modbus. Commission systems, diagnose failures, and version and document logic for maintainability.

Maintain federated BIM models (mechanical, electrical, structural), run clash detection and coordinate resolutions, automate modelling with scripts and templates, and produce model-derived drawings and schedules for industrial/data center projects.

Engineer mechanical demand flexibility for data center cooling: model thermal inertia and headroom per site, design setpoint/staging/storage strategies, validate models via instrumented field tests, quantify operating risk in degrees/minutes/margins, and collaborate with controls engineers.

Design, deploy, and standardize SCADA architecture for power, cooling, and mechanical systems across large data center sites. Integrate field device telemetry and protocols into a unified platform, build tag databases, HMI screens, and alarm logic, validate signals during commissioning, and produce clear configuration and point documentation for repeatable deployments.

Lead public affairs for data center and power projects: build community support, run responses to media/hearings/opposition, organize town halls and briefings, coordinate with development, legal, and government relations, and produce clear written materials (talking points, testimony, letters).
