Manage end-to-end CDU deployment across sites: schedule, rigging, placement, piping tie-ins, fill, startup handover. Coordinate contractors, manufacturing, and commissioning; standardize install packages, lift plans, torque specs, and procedures to enable repeatable, large-scale data center deployments.

Own and run multi-state US payroll (salaried, hourly, shift), manage payroll close including reconciliations, accruals, and GL tie-out, handle state registrations/filings and agency notices, automate time/benefits/equity inputs, and partner closely with People and Finance.

Partner with data center operations leaders to design org structures, manage shift workforce scheduling and fatigue, handle employee relations investigations and resolutions, build onsite shift-based people programs, and support retention and safety-adjacent HR work across distributed sites.

Own reliability for named customer workloads; debug distributed systems across hardware, fabric, and scheduler; run customer-facing incident communications; convert recurring customer pain into engineering fixes; support large-scale compute customers and push internal teams to resolve root causes.

Serve as HR business partner for client orgs: hiring, performance, structure, and employee relations. Run end-to-end ER investigations, scale people rhythms (onboarding, reviews, offboarding), coach first-time managers, and implement AI/automation and people systems to support rapid 10x growth.
