Coordinates US communications, publicity, release, and awards campaigns for MUBI. Responsibilities include tracking press coverage, managing screening and event logistics, booking talent travel, maintaining schedules and budgets, handling press inquiries, developing press kits, and supporting marketing and distribution teams.

Manage the day-to-day operation of MUBI’s New York office, including supplies, facilities issues, mail, vendors, landlord relationships, office projects, new-hire setup, visitors, events, communications, and occasional executive support. The role is primarily in-person at least four days per week and requires strong organization, judgment, hospitality, communication, and budget-management skills.
