Serve as Tensec's primary US legal lead covering corporate, regulatory, vendor and client contracting, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Own regulatory roadmap across BSA/AML, FinCEN, OFAC, MTL/MSB requirements, manage outside counsel, build scalable legal templates and playbooks, advise on AI and data protection obligations, and support People & HR matters across the US, Brazil, and Mexico.

Lead and build Tensec's operational backbone: design treasury orchestration, manage vendor networks, advise product/legal on onboarding, ensure AI governance, enable US market entry, and provide cross-functional operational leadership and dashboards.
