Lead legal structuring and operation of US private equity feeder funds, primarily Delaware limited partnerships. Draft and negotiate LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, and complex agreements; conduct fund-manager and service-provider due diligence; advise on product launches, co-investments, and secondary markets; manage external counsel; and oversee SEC, FINRA, Form ADV, Form D, and Blue Sky filings. Partner with Sales, Operations, and global legal teams to support US growth.
