Leads pursuit marketing efforts by developing RFQ/RFP responses, presentations, value propositions, collateral, and branded materials to win construction work. Coordinates with operations, estimating, leadership, and business development teams, manages timelines and deliverables, facilitates kickoffs and debriefs, conducts research, and mentors junior team members. Requires strong writing, design, organization, communication, and project coordination skills, along with AEC marketing experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
