Provide hands-on technical support for client environments across NYC. Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, networking, VPN, DNS, security, hardware, software, conference rooms, and AV systems. Deploy and configure devices using imaging, enrollment, and MDM tools; maintain networks and servers; document solutions; respond to security issues; and deliver scheduled or ad hoc onsite support. Collaborate with internal teams on larger technical projects while providing patient, clear service to clients.

Provide employee onboarding and offboarding support, including account provisioning, device configuration, access management, laptop retrievals, wiping, and inventory maintenance. Deliver first-day IT orientations, ticket-based user support, process documentation, and SOC 2-aware security practices. Visit client offices throughout New York City for scheduled and ad-hoc onsite troubleshooting while collaborating with the FieldGuide team to improve crossboarding procedures.
