The Controller owns AidKit’s accounting integrity, financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, revenue accounting, AR, AP, treasury, payment operations, tax compliance, controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting. The role oversees company and program funds, banking, payment-provider reconciliation, and cash movement. It also administers finance systems, improves processes, automates recurring work, and partners with Engineering, Operations, the CEO, and fractional CFO to support scalable, controlled financial operations.
