Leads the NFL’s international managed model by overseeing enterprise data strategy, program operations, stakeholder alignment, data onboarding, governance, reporting, and scalable data platform requirements. Partners with clubs and League stakeholders to drive adoption, translate business needs into prioritized initiatives, establish standardized processes, and deliver high-quality data capabilities across global markets.

Provides tier-one HR support through ServiceNow, resolves employee lifecycle inquiries, and processes HR transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG. Supports recruiting activities such as job postings, offers, candidate experience, and onboarding. Maintains accurate employee data, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
