Leads royalty onboarding for acquired music catalogs, translating acquisition agreements into royalty-system configurations and workflows. Owns diligence readiness, handoff standards, onboarding methodology, access governance, prior-acquisition reviews, and integration KPIs. Partners with M&A, Finance, Legal, and Royalties teams while managing and developing Label Administration and Integration teams. The role requires digital music distribution experience, DDEX knowledge, expertise with complex metadata and media formats, spreadsheet proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Identifies, evaluates, and executes acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, label and publishing opportunities across music, entertainment, media, and technology. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, market mapping, relationship development, financial and commercial diligence, valuation, financial modeling, investment thesis development, risk analysis, and preparing recommendations for senior leadership. The role also collaborates with M&A, Finance, and Strategy teams through diligence and transaction execution.

Lead tax strategy and execution across global M&A, catalog investments, and strategic transactions. Structure deals, perform tax diligence and modeling, advise on international tax, transfer pricing, and IP-related tax issues, manage external advisors, support finance and legal teams, and develop scalable tax processes and governance for growth.

Leads cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, platform, and business teams. The role manages complex initiatives, dependencies, risks, organizational readiness, operating rhythms, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and adoption of scalable workflows.
