Lead a New York outbound SDR team of 6–8 representatives, owning qualified-meeting and pipeline results. Coach reps through call reviews, role-play, messaging feedback, and weekly one-on-ones; track performance metrics and manage improvement plans. Hire and onboard SDRs, maintain outbound playbooks, coordinate with Account Executive leads, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, and prospect directly when needed.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Identify and enrich target accounts, engage inbound leads, communicate Agora’s value proposition, handle objections, qualify prospects, schedule sales meetings, and collaborate with the sales team. Participate in ongoing training and coaching while working in a fast-paced office environment.

Serve as senior tax leader for real estate clients: sign off on complex partnership returns, advise on entity structuring and foreign investor matters, manage client engagements, lead and develop onshore/offshore preparer teams, and help design and price tax services to scale the practice.
