Supports sales representatives by managing clinical product trials, conversions, and implementations. Coordinates project workflows, aligns internal resources with customer needs, tracks progress, leads customer and sales meetings, communicates status, and resolves issues. The role develops exposure to sales activities while maintaining customer relationships and supporting product program growth across a designated territory.

Lead and manage a sales team to drive division revenue and profitability. Develop business and marketing plans, pricing, proposals and RFP responses; mentor and evaluate Account Representatives; maintain sales records; expand customer base and support training and development.

Supervise day-to-day onsite personnel and operations across one or multiple sites to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods. Manage inventory, production orders, paperwork, regulatory compliance, quality, and backorder reduction. Conduct site audits and annual physical inventories, train staff at new sites, and coordinate with management, sales, and customers. Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, training, scheduling, and meeting production/service goals.
