Lead end-to-end payments and treasury solution sales to drive revenue growth and retention. Act as trusted advisor to clients and Relationship Managers, design integrated receivables/payables/liquidity/card/merchant/trade solutions, coordinate pricing, use Salesforce and dashboards to track pipeline, and ensure regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance.

Advise high and ultra-high net worth clients on investments, wealth and estate planning, banking, credit, insurance, and trust services. Identify, acquire, and deepen relationships through internal and external business development, coordinate specialist teams, and act as regional Private Wealth Management representative. Drive growth and retain clients while ensuring regulatory registration and compliance requirements are met.

Provide legal advice and documentation support for public and private debt capital markets transactions (investment grade and high yield). Draft, review, and negotiate offerings, 144A/Reg S deals, private placements, repurchase and securities lending agreements; advise on securities laws, SEC/FINRA rules, AML/KYC, and regulatory changes; support real-time execution, train business units, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and front-office stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Join the Rates Trading team to execute USD interest rate derivatives (swaps, swaptions, caps/floors), analyze global rates and macro trends, develop risk mitigation strategies, manage client order flow, and coordinate with sales, middle/back office and credit teams to support market-making and desk operations.
