Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers: create project shells from sales orders, coordinate procurement and shipments, manage resource scheduling, enforce PMO tool data integrity and time entry compliance, and audit project cards to ensure workflow adherence.

Lead day-to-day SOC operations, manage and coach SOC analysts, serve as Incident Commander for major incidents, enforce playbooks and QA, drive SLA performance and KPI reporting, and implement process and tooling improvements to mature SOC capabilities in a 24x7, shift-based managed services environment.
