The VP of Operations will design and oversee Fixify's operational environment, ensuring efficient team placements, collaborating with Customer Success, and mentoring team members while maintaining operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Manage the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions while collaborating with Engineering and Product departments to shape Customer Success operations at scale.

The Director of Growth Marketing will own demand generation, develop growth strategies, execute campaigns, and analyze data to drive pipeline and revenue for Fixify.
