Manage accounting for multiple schools including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, monthly accrual-based financial statements, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, bank and credit card reconciliations, fixed asset and lease accounting (GASB 87), audit and 990 support, Workday system training, and liaison with schools, vendors, and external partners.

Write and edit institutional and government grant proposals, translate program data into compelling narratives, manage multiple grant timelines and compliance, research funding opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Lead regional recruitment for Brooklyn schools: develop and execute selection strategy, manage and coach a team of recruiters, partner with school leaders, improve recruitment operations, and support high-priority hires to meet staffing goals.
