Produce experiential brand activations from approved concept through fabrication, installation, launch, and closeout. Manage workbacks, budgets, vendors, logistics, technical requirements, partner deliverables, schedules, and onsite execution across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate creative, marketing, museum operations, external partners, fabricators, installers, and other vendors while monitoring quality, safety, cost, and schedule risks. The primary assignment is a high-visibility Miami activation, with support for three additional winter activations.

Leads national brand partnership execution from deal handoff through localized activations and reporting. Manages three local partnership managers, coordinates marketing, creative, operations, legal, finance, and production teams, and oversees timelines, budgets, deliverables, partner relationships, KPIs, and renewal opportunities. Builds scalable partnership processes and playbooks while ensuring consistent, on-brand execution across multiple museum locations.
