Leads finance and People functions at a growing healthcare startup. Design and produce high-impact digital creative for social, email, and marketing campaigns. Own and evolve Evvy's visual identity and scalable design systems. Translate complex science into clear, engaging visuals. Lead art direction for photoshoots and manage print, packaging, and physical brand moments. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, content, and leadership to balance brand storytelling with performance.

Lead full-stack development of Evvy's personalized vaginal health platform: architect, build, and scale backend (Python/Postgres) and frontend (React/TypeScript) features, ship AI-powered production features, create internal tooling, own deployments and monitoring, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, and drive engineering culture.

Lead Evvy's consumer acquisition and retention strategy, own the growth P&L, build and manage a high-performing growth team, set paid and organic channel allocation, embed AI across experimentation and measurement, optimize CRO/landing pages/email/referrals, and scale retention and subscription programs.

Produce and edit short-form video content end-to-end for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; appear on-camera to educate and destigmatize vaginal health; plan and coordinate cross-channel content calendars; engage community in comments; track performance and iterate; experiment with emerging tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead and grow a small ML team to turn Evvy's vaginal microbiome dataset into validated, product-ready diagnostic and prognostic models. Drive technical quality, roadmap planning, cross-functional translation, model validation and deployment readiness, hiring, and day-to-day team management.

Lead Evvy's B2B2C commercial strategy and revenue across providers, payers, and strategic partners. Build and run the commercial engine: enterprise partnerships, sales strategy, CRM/forecasting, sales ops, onboarding, reporting, and partner success. Hire and scale the commercial team, represent Evvy externally, and partner cross-functionally to drive reimbursement, growth, and category creation in women's health.
