Lead end-to-end e-commerce order and fulfillment operations, owning OMS logic, vendor and carrier relationships, fulfillment center performance, procurement of packaging/gifts, BI dashboards, and cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, and member experience to meet SLAs and reduce costs.
