Provide front-line support for Members and Donors by managing inbox and phone lines, processing payments and memberships, maintaining constituent records, running reports to resolve discrepancies, creating documentation and FAQs, escalating feedback, and assisting with training and administrative tasks to support Institutional Advancement operations.

Administer and develop the library ILS (Innovative/Sierra), manage CMS and cloud infrastructure, build automation (Python, shell, SQL) and PowerBI dashboards, support digitization and digital collections, coordinate vendors, ensure information-security practices, and provide reference and research services.

Lead the Department of European Sculpture and Decorative Arts, overseeing curators, collections staff, exhibitions, acquisitions, research, publications, programming, and collection care. Set departmental vision and priorities, promote scholarship and international connections, manage gallery and storage care, direct acquisitions and donor relations, and represent the department to supporters and the public.
