Supports daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, reporting, grants tracking, audits, and nonprofit accounting compliance. Acts as liaison with the external accounting firm and supports board finance committee coordination. Also assists with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, contractor agreements, and organizational infrastructure. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, financial analysis, communication, and process-improvement skills.
