Support Transit Development planning by analyzing transit-related datasets to evaluate and monitor Transit Signal Priority corridors, coordinate analytics with internal and external partners (including MTA), and perform data-driven prioritization for transit projects such as real-time passenger information, automated enforcement, shelters, and stops.

Manage complex capital construction projects from inception through close-out. Coordinate sponsors, designers, contractors and staff; develop cost estimates and schedules; supervise Project Managers and construction teams; review change orders and resolve design/construction issues; ensure safety, contractor performance, and timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.

Perform electrical design review and in-house design for public building projects: scope projects, review consultant drawings and specifications using BlueBeam, produce AutoCAD designs, conduct site inspections and reports, perform technical investigations, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and technical staff.

Plan and lead enterprise desktop modernization, endpoint management, OS deployments, imaging, software packaging, endpoint security, and lifecycle refresh projects. Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project managers. Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM to ensure standardized, secure, and reliable desktop computing services.

Lead and manage agency-wide fiscal operations including budget approvals, accounts payable, procurement, travel reimbursements, fleet and funeral program fiscal oversight, and compliance with OMB, Comptroller, PPB, and MOCS rules. Support agency events and special projects while reporting to the Commissioner.

Support the Supervisor in managing W-2 and FICA refunds workflows, document processes, recommend FICA refund system features, review wage/deduction adjustments, process negative deductions, and manage multiple refund claims while performing analytical and accounting tasks.

Administer and support enterprise development tools (ClearCase, RAD, AQM, UFT One), perform server/user administration, installs, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, off-hours production support, and provide user/customer support across Windows and some Linux environments.

Manage ITS expense and capital budgets, review fiscal requests and contracts, monitor expenditures, prepare budget modifications and reports, liaise with OMB/Comptroller/oversight agencies, and support budget exercises and senior management on financial trends and staffing/resource proposals.
