Leads the Sheriff's Office organizational strategy and transformation function. Coordinates strategic priorities, cross-divisional initiatives, performance monitoring, executive reporting, interagency collaboration, legislative and technology implementations, change management, and executive special projects. Advises the Sheriff and executive leadership on organizational priorities, implementation progress, accountability, and continuous operational improvement.

Leads fit-gap analysis, technical design, system integration, security accreditation, vulnerability remediation, release support, and technical documentation. Collaborates with developers and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, efficient solutions aligned with city architecture. Supports iOS and Android app approvals, testing across environments, COTS integrations, and upgrades to the AHRA technology stack.

Manages capital funding requests for affordable housing projects through New York City’s Certificate to Proceed process. Reviews project submissions, evaluates budgetary and policy implications, liaises with the Office of Management and Budget, tracks project data, performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, and prepares briefing materials, memos, and reports. Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Performs administrative support for air permitting operations, including public customer assistance, permit fee processing, boiler registration renewals, database research, title searches, mail sorting, application file management, and summons processing. Uses CATS, CRM, DOS, FMS, and Excel while exercising independent judgment and coordinating permit-related documentation and payments.

Supports NYC DOT curb management programs by reviewing applications, coordinating internal and partner-agency reviews, tracking conflicts and communications, documenting issues, maintaining contacts, analyzing program impacts, and preparing statistics, updates, and findings for leadership.

Leads NYC Parks planning strategy, land-use policy, rezoning, park development, environmental review, resiliency, climate planning, open-space acquisition, and long-range park system analysis. Represents the agency with communities, elected officials, and partners; advances project pipelines and park initiatives; evaluates properties; supports economic development and waterfront access; creates policy; and manages and mentors staff.

Coordinates public events, festivals, permits, vendors, site logistics, volunteer projects, community engagement, marketing support, purchasing, accounting, and administrative activities for NYC Parks in the Lower Concourse. Maintains event, volunteer, inventory, financial, and database records; supports partner and friends groups; provides customer service; and assists with event promotion and issue resolution.

Administers employee benefits and leaves of absence, including retirement, health benefits, FMLA, parental and family leave, medical leave, workers’ compensation leave, and audits. Conducts retirement consultations, prepares correspondence and reports, researches benefit issues, provides technical assistance, coordinates employee training and orientations, and collaborates with agency divisions and external benefits organizations.

Conduct neighborhood-level curb management studies, analyze curb usage, commercial vehicle, parking, and inventory data, and develop recommendations for improving curb efficiency. Review transportation project plans, evaluate parking regulations, prepare reports and presentations, support dashboards and data workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, assist with public outreach, and present findings to management to inform policy, financial, planning, and design decisions.
