Provide Site Reliability engineering for automation services: monitor CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and app health; triage and escalate incidents; write and maintain scripts, YAML, Terraform and Ansible modules; perform smoke tests and validate deployments; participate in design/code reviews; maintain runbooks, deployment guides and troubleshooting documentation; follow change control and support special projects. Process and review procurements for goods, services, and construction; prepare encumbrances, purchase orders and requisitions; verify specifications for compliance; consult internal staff on discrepancies; maintain procurement status reports and databases; enter and retrieve data in PASSPort, FMS, and DCAS systems.

Lead delivery of major bridge projects along the BQE corridor: manage design and construction planning, environmental reviews, consultant and contractor teams, budgeting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and a team of eight to meet milestones and mitigate delays.

Lead Furniture and Operations Data and Cartography: develop strategy and policy, oversee mapping, databases, asset/inventory management, wayfinding design and production, manage contracts and budgets, coordinate interagency efforts, and supervise planners, data managers, designers, and administrators to deliver citywide wayfinding and furnishing programs.

Lead data science support for investigations and litigation: identify, collect, and analyze business data to detect violations, calculate damages and penalties, advise investigators and attorneys, automate data collection/analysis systems, and support agency research and policy recommendations.

Analyze NYCAPS/PeopleSoft applications and data; document business processes; create functional design documents; reconcile data and build interfaces/reports; support testing, run simulations, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business users.

Provide administrative support to program managers and project teams including file/record maintenance, drafting job postings and memos, data entry and metrics tracking, scheduling meetings/interviews/events, preparing correspondence/reports/presentations, stakeholder customer service, and occasional travel for recruitment events.

Work with investigators and attorneys to identify, collect, and analyze business and technical data for enforcement. Develop automated data-collection and analysis tools, advise on technology regulation, research emerging technologies, and create guidance and training for evidence gathering.
