Administers paid and unpaid leave programs, including FMLA, medical, family, military, and workers’ compensation leave. Advises employees and managers on eligibility, policies, and legal requirements; evaluates documentation; processes approvals, denials, extensions, and claims; maintains confidential records; audits transactions; monitors leave status; prepares reports; ensures ADA, FMLA, workers’ compensation, and collective bargaining compliance; and supports process improvements and audits.
