Lead design, development, and deployment of organizing technology supporting mass engagement. Partner with internal teams and city agencies to identify tech and data improvements, support data engineering needs, and advance shared, privacy-protecting infrastructures.

Perform data entry into Law Manager; file settlement documents and stipulations with the court; process audit report forms, requests for judicial intervention, 718 stipulations, and mortgage foreclosures; prepare weekly court calendars by cross-referencing cases with Law Department records; process and distribute daily division mail.

Lead and manage complex compliance, investigative, and financial audits of political campaigns; supervise, train, and evaluate audit staff; analyze financial records and disclosure statements; prepare clear written reports; coordinate audit activities with other units; advise campaigns on compliance issues; participate in hiring and special projects. Work follows GAGAS and internally developed programs; overtime required as needed.

Provide clerical support for the unit's accounting functions: research and respond to payment/invoice inquiries, maintain and update accounting and procurement files, upload documents to vendor folders, manage mailed correspondence, and perform related administrative duties.

Manage and forecast the agency capital budget, prepare budget submissions and Certificates to Proceed, update forecasts in FMS, track commitment plans against fiscal targets, create Fixed Asset Intents and requisitions, review project initiations for budget/schedule alignment, and enter projects into DDC project tracking systems (PIMS, Benchmark).

Manage and coordinate rental subsidy program operations for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources. Prepare reports and analyses, represent the unit in meetings, propose and implement projects to improve compliance and performance, draft communications and procedures, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate with IT and other HPD units to support reporting and database updates.

Lead Capital Payments & Infrastructure and Safety & Site Support capital budget teams. Oversee creation and submission of capital plans, monitor commitment plans, manage CP requests and budget modifications, and ensure timely, GAAP-compliant processing of thousands of capital payments across hundreds of projects. Coordinate with program units, sponsor agencies, and OMB and supervise professional staff.
