Directs early childhood initiatives within ACS’s Program Design and Implementation team, leading cross-agency collaboration with DOHMH, service providers, and internal divisions. Oversees program implementation, contract and budget coordination, data-driven strategies, staff supervision, training, reporting, quality improvement, referrals, and sustainability efforts for services supporting families with children under five and child welfare involvement.
