Supervise and manage attorneys prosecuting or defending administrative and court litigation for intentional program violation and fraud matters; determine referrals to prosecutors; draft and review legal documents; conduct legal research, investigations, witness preparation, and trainings; liaise with prosecuting agencies; manage staff performance, docket judgments, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Monitor and track federal and state expenditures for the Early Intervention Program. Prepare forecasts, reconciliations, and accounting and budget reports; resolve Medicaid denials and maximize reimbursements. Liaise with grantors, NYC OMB, audit services, and program staff to ensure compliance, respond to audit/data requests, test EI system functionality, and support financial decision-making and year-end projections.
