Perform entry-level project management tasks within the Parks Program Unit: maintain project management information systems, establish schedules and cost plans, coordinate between client agencies, contractors, and departments, review schedules and reports, conduct field inspections of contractor work, prepare management reports, and assist in resolving schedule and budget issues.

Represent the NYPD by providing legal advice, conducting specialized training for uniformed members on criminal procedure and courtroom testimony, researching laws, drafting legal documents, recommending policy improvements, and supporting/training other legal staff. Coordinate with Training and Professional Standards Bureaus and assume supervisory responsibility when needed.

Load municipal bond data into the Debt Management System (DMS), verify and resolve data issues, write and execute functional test scripts, document test results, draft requirement documents, upload official documents, and perform data analysis using SQL queries.

Coordinate interagency partnerships and stakeholder communication, operationalize workflows, support OME staff in moving collaborative projects forward, identify gaps and develop materials/systems, and manage relationships across government and external partners.
