Conduct hearings and determine corrections to real property tax assessments, including valuation of complex, high-value properties using all three appraisal approaches. Support HCM data integrity, reporting, and analytics across HR functions. Produce ad-hoc and scheduled reports, configure Airtable trackers, run data QA and reconciliation, evaluate HRIS, create visualizations and dashboards (Power BI), maintain organizational charts, and document data processes and SOPs. Participate in Emergency Operations Center activities and perform regular data entry.
