Plans and coordinates NYC DOT-funded street reconstruction and transportation capital projects. Develops and prioritizes project requests, conducts field studies and analyses, creates scopes of work, reviews traffic studies and funding, supports grant applications and cost estimates, and tracks project schedules and statuses. Collaborates with agency sponsors, community boards, elected officials, and community members, including representing the unit at public meetings.
