Leads the agency’s legislative, regulatory, intergovernmental, and external relations strategy. Serves as liaison to City Hall, elected officials, agencies, community leaders, and partners; analyzes legislative proposals; develops testimony and briefing materials; coordinates governmental engagements; oversees responses to City Hall and City Council inquiries; and advises agency leadership on strategic recommendations and compliance.
