Perform full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for the Bronx District Attorneys Office: create and post job descriptions per DCAS, screen applicants, schedule interviews, manage civil service appointment lists and transactions (DP-72, DP-189), process hires/transfers in NYCAPS and eHire, coordinate candidate communications and background checks, represent the agency at hiring events, and generate HR reports.

Lead design and prepare civil engineering drawings and specifications for large water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. Provide design-phase engineering, review geotechnical reports, supervise design staff, review outsourced designs, sign and seal documents, respond to contractor RFIs, and perform site investigations and inspections as needed.

Manage background and credential reviews, vendor onboarding, roster maintenance, and recordkeeping for ACP experts, interpreters, investigators, court reporters, and panel attorneys. Conduct background/criminal-history checks, verify licenses and credentials, maintain vendor files and ACP Cases records, coordinate with internal/external partners, prepare reports, and support payment onboarding through NYC financial systems.
