Manage operational analysis, staffing, training, and performance for the Corrections and Amendments Unit. Design and maintain operational reports, identify process bottlenecks, lead improvements (including system and AI assessments), oversee mailroom/lobby workflows, support UAT for system enhancements, and ensure compliance, quality, and continuity of operations. Review and process Nonpublic School Security Reimbursement (NPS) applications and recertifications, verify required documentation, maintain tracking databases and reports, issue award/MOU/notice letters, manage insurance and afterschool activity requests, and communicate with schools to resolve documentation or eligibility issues.

Lead and supervise NYC BEST Compliance Advisors to support storefront businesses with licensing, zoning, and regulatory compliance. Oversee day-to-day operations, stakeholder engagement, training, data analysis, program development, case audits, and community outreach across NYC boroughs while representing the program at events and supporting senior leadership.

Provide employment-law representation across the disciplinary process: conduct legal research, draft disciplinary charges and settlement agreements, mediate with staff and unions, prepare evidence, appear in administrative hearings, advise managers on outcomes and conflicts-of-interest, draft Chapter 68 waiver requests, and perform related administrative tasks and trainings.
