Supports the CTO by coordinating agencywide technology projects from intake through closeout. Develops project plans, timelines, requirements, RACI matrices, and executive materials; manages risks, dependencies, vendors, procurements, contracts, licenses, deliverables, and audit records. Facilitates communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, coordinates training and user adoption, supports process improvements, tracks security remediation, and promotes technology governance, documentation, data protection, and operational controls.

Creates accessible visual communications for cycling, micromobility, transportation planning, and public engagement. Produces illustrations, maps, reports, signage, presentations, digital assets, motion graphics, animations, videos, and campaign materials. Manages project imagery and documents field implementation and community outreach through photography and short-form video. Supports branding, data visualization, storytelling, NYC Bike Map production, and cross-functional creative communications while working in office and field settings.

Directs a procedure unit responsible for developing, editing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining DSS, HRA, and DHS policies and procedures. Oversees regulatory and legislative research, operational reviews, special initiatives, document repositories, and policy distribution. Supervises procedure writers, coordinates with senior agency leadership and program areas, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves procedural inconsistencies, and represents the Senior Director in agency meetings.

Investigates and prosecutes serious crimes committed on Rikers Island, including organized criminal activity, violence, arson, sex offenses, and murder.
