Develop and modify .NET applications and Dynamics 365 solutions (forms, workflows, plugins, web services). Collaborate with DBAs and cross-functional teams, ensure scalable secure solutions, create estimates, and participate in deployments and provisioning.

Develop, enhance, and support enterprise imaging and web services for DSS ESS systems. Provide hands-on C#/.NET coding, database optimization, SDLC-compliant architecture improvements, application security, technical documentation, mentorship, and act as temporary technical lead when needed.

Assist the Emergency Planning and Preparedness Group by reviewing emergency, fire safety, evacuation, and fire protection plans for completeness and compliance with FDNY rules. Communicate deficiencies and corrections to applicants, respond to inquiries, manage daily workflow and time-sensitive assignments, and coordinate with internal FDNY units to ensure regulatory conformity.

Perform statistical and operational analyses, assess and improve data quality, use SQL and GIS/geospatial data to support reporting, evaluate program outcomes, build public-facing reporting tools, and coordinate data sharing and communications with stakeholders.

Review and evaluate fire alarm plans, equipment, and technical submissions for approvals; research codes and standards; prepare written responses; develop documentation guidelines; coordinate inspections and interagency plan review; meet with contractors and city agencies regarding fire alarm installations.

Manage construction of complex coastal resiliency projects, lead constructability reviews, inspect contracted work to agency standards, coordinate with Resident/Office Engineers and utilities, prepare cost proposals and change orders, oversee submissions and final inspections, mentor staff, and manage project close-out and documentation.
