Supervise and direct operation and maintenance of DEP marine vessels and Marine Section technical staff; maintain engine room logs and records; ensure compliance with federal and departmental regulations for mechanical/engine equipment and vessel operations; manage fuel storage/use and safety program; ensure required credentials, medical clearance, and drug testing are maintained.

Monitor and evaluate COMPASS community-based contractors, review and approve program plans and budgets, conduct site visits (including evenings/weekends), provide technical assistance and corrective action, participate in contract negotiations, evaluate fiscal and performance reports, train CBOs on DYCD Online, prepare reports and support COMPASS projects.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise .NET applications. Lead backend development, integration, deployments, and troubleshooting. Assess and improve IT infrastructure, create technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

Manage and coordinate office procurement, supplies, mailroom, equipment and payroll; supervise clerical staff and temporary workers; monitor client disbursements and inventory; liaise with procurement, facilities and IT; train staff on case management systems and prepare monthly reports.

Manage the Bronx Office application pipeline and data quality, coordinate review with central divisions, improve SOPs and processes, mentor staff, and perform Senior Planner duties including ULURP review, zoning analysis, site plan evaluation, reports, maps, and community board liaison.
