Serve as DOF's chief spokesperson and lead communications: manage press activities, liaise with Mayor's Office and agencies, prepare press responses, testimonies, and briefing materials, execute communication and crisis response plans.

Support and manage OCMEs Integrity & Standards Office by leading investigations into fraud, misconduct, and misuse of resources; supervise investigative staff; develop policies, protocols, and performance metrics; coordinate with law enforcement and legal partners; draft reports, disciplinary charges, and represent the agency in tribunals; conduct field inspections and interviews; deliver training; manage ISO operations and be available 24/7 for operational responses.

Lead NYCHA's Office of Impartial Hearings, overseeing hearing officers and staff, managing scheduling, case management, and quality control. Ensure hearings comply with federal, state, and NYCHA rules; establish performance metrics and procedures; reduce backlogs; lead process reengineering, training, and modernization; manage complex legal issues and vendor language services.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of COMPASS afterschool programs, ensuring contractual compliance, health and safety protocols, and program quality. Conduct site visits (including late afternoons/evenings), review and approve program plans and fiscal reports, provide technical assistance and corrective actions, participate in contract negotiations, train CBOs on DYCD CONNECT, and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
