Manage design-build capital construction projects including procurement, contract administration, quality assurance, schedule/budget oversight, site safety compliance, review of Design-Builder submissions, and development of program tools and reporting. Support Cyber Command's risk program by building and implementing risk frameworks, assessing agency cybersecurity policies, drafting risk cases and control assessments, developing testing methodologies, presenting findings to leadership, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to help agencies manage cyber risk.
