Provide administrative and technical support to project managers: maintain documentation, track schedules and milestones, prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate communications, and conduct research to support capital project delivery.

Serve as Associate Project Manager II in the Monitoring and Survey Unit to perform field surveys and visual inspections of bridges and retaining walls, monitor structural cracks/movements and settlements, verify elevations and clearances, operate survey equipment and office software, collect field data, build project databases, and assist engineer-in-charge with project monitoring and QA tasks.

Provide quality management and program implementation support to funded community organizations and health facilities delivering behavioral health services for people with HIV. Coach on quality improvement, ensure fidelity to service models, develop and analyze quality indicators, review subcontractor data, collaborate on evaluation, and support monitoring, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Manage design and construction phases of bridge rehabilitation projects. Supervise engineers, resident engineering staff, consultants, and contractors; review plans, specifications, change orders, invoices, and schedules; administer contracts and procurement; use CPMS and division project systems for scheduling, risk management, and reporting; coordinate with agencies and stakeholders.

Manage administrative and operational functions for the Research and Analytics Division: oversee procurement, recruitment/onboarding, FOIL/audit responses, budget and personnel actions, policy and procedure development, physical space, project management, and supervise staff.
