Support public buildings capital projects by tracking permits and regulatory milestones, collecting and analyzing permitting and project delivery data, maintaining knowledge-management resources, researching agency requirements and code updates, and assisting quality-control reviews of permitting records and project documentation.

Perform in-house mechanical design and constructability reviews for DDC capital projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy conservation). Perform traffic engineering work supporting bus-priority street improvements: develop geometric layouts, conduct traffic and safety studies, prepare CAD plans, support TSP and signal timing, maintain GIS and project records, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with ADA, MUTCD, and NYC guidelines.

Plan and lead enterprise desktop modernization, endpoint management, OS deployments, imaging, software packaging, endpoint security, and lifecycle refresh projects. Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project managers. Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM to ensure standardized, secure, and reliable desktop computing services.

Support the Supervisor in managing W-2 and FICA refunds workflows, document processes, recommend FICA refund system features, review wage/deduction adjustments, process negative deductions, and manage multiple refund claims while performing analytical and accounting tasks.
