Lead digital strategy and technology planning for NYC child care initiatives. Translate policy and operational needs into actionable technology projects, oversee enterprise implementations and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, set performance metrics, evaluate ROI, modernize legacy systems, champion change management, and supervise the Data Manager.

Support the Agency Chief Contracting Officer by monitoring contract lifecycle, assisting with requisitions/invoice reconciliations, running and summarizing reports, processing contract and compliance documents in city systems (FMS, OCP, OAISIS, PASSPort, CROL), managing vendor outreach and documentation, preparing responsibility determinations and vendor evaluations, and handling special projects.

Serve as the principal liaison attorney to the NYC Law Department on First-Party and Third-Party No-Fault litigation and UM claims. Provide legal direction, negotiate and settle claims within delegated authority, manage UM arbitration, respond to NYS Department of Financial Services, maintain claim files, investigate fraud, control backlog, and coordinate with city agencies and Comptroller offices.

Produce and coordinate public events that build trust and engagement: manage logistics (vendors, locations, supplies, ticketing), train and supervise staff and volunteers, execute day-of load in/out, and ensure participant hospitality and follow-up.

Perform quantitative policy analysis across issues like housing, mental health, criminal justice, transit, and education; build and maintain datasets and analytical workflows; create visualizations and dashboards; translate findings into accessible insights for reports and presentations; coordinate with policy staff, partner bureaus, and civic tech communities.

Review and determine residency, personal exemption, and not-for-profit exemption appeals; request information, conduct hearings as appropriate, and draft written determinations under delegation from the Tax Commission President. Serve as Judge/Hearing Officer for denied real property tax exemption applications.

Review, analyze, and process employment-related payment requests; reconcile payment data across PASSPort, FMS, and Paytrace; create and quality-assure vouchers; maintain scanned records and reports; liaise with program offices, vendors, and auditors to resolve payment issues.

Lead and manage large-scale, public-facing marketing and communications projects; improve project systems, workflows, and governance; manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, QA, and accessibility compliance; translate complex requirements into clear plans, timelines, and accountability structures.

Provide strategic and operational support to the VP of Strategic Services across capital planning, project controls, procurement, business intelligence, and HR/operations. Lead cross-functional coordination, drive process improvements, manage projects (timelines, budgets, risks), analyze and synthesize data, prepare reports/presentations, and strengthen departmental effectiveness and technology integration.
