Lead end-to-end product and service design for public-facing digital systems, embedding human-centered and accessible practices. Translate policy and regulatory requirements into simple, equitable experiences; oversee UX artifacts, research, testing, and design systems; mentor designers and build a diverse team; and collaborate with product, engineering, and policy stakeholders to measure usability, accessibility, and adoption.

Provide DB2 for z/OS administration for payroll and financial systems: install/migrate releases, perform backups/recovery, tuning (runstats, reorg), troubleshoot online and batch jobs, manage IBM tickets, administer InfoSphere Data Replication, and support disaster recovery drills.

Provide clerical and logistical support to the Mayors Chief of Staff office, manage calendars for deputy chiefs, assist special aides and advance team, coordinate operational functions, act as liaison on special projects, take notes for senior leadership, and provide coverage for the Special Assistant.

Provide legal analysis and guidance to City Hall senior policymakers, handle legislation, ethics, litigation strategy, investigations, and contract drafting, advise on FOIL and lobbyist compliance, supervise and mentor attorneys, and coordinate transparency and agency advisory matters to advance mayoral initiatives.

Support interoperability, whole genome sequencing, and client engagement projects; conduct code reviews, diagramming, stakeholder presentations, and coordinate developers, IT admins, and vendors. Serve as lead or supporting SQL/Python developer or data scientist as needed.
