Manage development of a citywide bicycle/greenway wayfinding program including inventory and GIS database creation, signage analysis and design guidelines, user testing, interagency coordination, graphic specification integration, map production, consultant review, and program reporting. Work includes fieldwork, mapping, and collaborating with internal and external partners to implement wayfinding and bike parking assets.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of COMPASS afterschool programs, ensuring contractual compliance, health and safety protocols, and program quality. Conduct site visits (including late afternoons/evenings), review and approve program plans and fiscal reports, provide technical assistance and corrective actions, participate in contract negotiations, train CBOs on DYCD CONNECT, and prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Lead implementation of data governance across the Enterprise Data Platform and DOHMH. Manage DGIU staff and the Open Data Coordinator, create policies, workflows, training, and project plans, align governance with legal/privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA), collaborate with IT and BDTS teams, and ensure compliance with open data laws and data access controls.
