Assist a Project Manager on construction projects within the Borough Based Jails Program. Duties include overseeing third-party construction work in office and field, maintaining project management information systems, scheduling and cost tracking, coordinating activities among client agencies and contractors, reviewing reports and change orders, preparing management reports, and processing payment requisitions.

Lead and manage wastewater capital projects from planning through construction via a team of project managers and inspectors. Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, EHS, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, staffing, and KPI monitoring to ensure timely project delivery.

Manage borough-level engagement in Queens: maintain local relationships, identify organizing opportunities, supervise a borough team, attend community meetings and events, ensure constituent follow-up, represent the Mayor's Office in emergencies, and support the Office of Mass Engagement's strategic goals.

Manage and oversee design and construction of wastewater capital projects, direct staff and consultants, ensure scope/schedule/budget/EHS compliance, negotiate contract modifications, coordinate with bureaus and stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and report to the Deputy Portfolio Manager.

Support litigation discovery by collecting and analyzing agency operational and budgetary data, identifying quality issues, preparing reports and recommendations, developing procedures and training materials, conducting system searches for discovery responses, and coordinating with Law Department and client agency staff to improve efficiency and compliance.

Provide legal and policy guidance to the Mayor and senior staff: research laws and precedent; advise on FOIL, ethics, conflicts, privacy, employment and EEO issues; draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements; supervise legal reviews for City Hall agencies; and handle sensitive materials and transparency compliance.

Design, develop, test, maintain and support applications and websites. Collaborate with users to gather requirements, follow SDLC/Agile or Waterfall, provide production support, troubleshoot, debug, and train staff on software implementations.

Manage and coordinate implementation of the Office's 5-Year Technology Plan and related IT initiatives. Support project planning, track timelines, collect requirements, assist business analysts with workflows and training, produce presentations and data analysis, and provide post-launch support and stakeholder coordination across divisions.

Lead and oversee end-to-end accounts payable for large and small contract payments, managing a 29-person team, driving PASSPort transition, ensuring compliance with Comptroller directives, performing month- and year-end closings, reconciliations, audits, process improvements, and vendor/stakeholder relations to optimize performance and reporting.
