Administers HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, classification reviews, payroll and personnel transactions, benefits and leave, performance evaluations, civil service hiring pools, training coordination, HR reporting, and employee inquiries. Represents the agency in transit policy discussions, supports MTA network redesign planning, and manages Transit Signal Priority planning and analysis in coordination with Traffic Operations. The role also supervises staff and helps prioritize transit infrastructure and mobility initiatives.

Supports NYC DDC capital budget management by preparing OMB submissions, Certificate to Proceed documents, forecasts, budget modifications, and capital plan updates. Reviews project initiations for budget and schedule alignment, tracks fiscal-year commitment targets, creates financial system requisitions, and enters projects into agency tracking systems.

Supports DEP’s Business Services Group through process improvement project management, data analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation, timeline tracking, internal communications, documentation, and special projects. The role maintains and enhances the UMAX customer billing system, supports management analytics, coordinates outstanding tasks, and performs administrative and analytical work for the Bureau of Customer Services.

Supports NYCHA’s PACT portfolio by monitoring partner performance, coordinating compliance and reporting, validating operational data, identifying trends and process improvements, and preparing analyses, status reports, and briefing materials for leadership.
